摘　　要：宿舍文化内在地关涉着高校的转型发展、人才培养和学生成长。这种文化创建需要师生的共同努力,它的深入持续开展则有赖于良好工作机制的形成和运行。科学的宿舍文化创建机制应源于对的理想性思考,具备实践性、整体性、辩证性、动态性等特征。宿舍文化作为大学的亚文化,是大学文化的重要内容,其建设启示我们应深入思考。Culture in students＇ dormitory inherently relates to transitional development,talents＇ cultivation and students＇ growth in universities. Establishment of this kind of culture needs joint efforts of teachers and students,which futher development lies in formation and implementation of good working mechanism. Scientific establishing mechanism of culture in students＇ dormitory should lie in correct ideal thought with characteristic of practice,integrity,dialectic,and dynamics. As subculture of universities,culture in students ＇ dormitory is the important culture in universities,which need us futher consider its construction revelation.
