摘　　要：提高地方高校学报质量的关键在于培育学习型编辑,使编辑在思想政治素质、学术素质、业务素质、协作素质四方面加强学习,更新知识结构,提升能力素质。论文细分了地方高校学报编辑的素质构成,并阐述了地方高校学报培育学习型编辑的必要性和途径。Cultivation of learning-oriented editors is the key to improve the quality of local university Journal,which would promote editors to learn more to update knowledge structure and promote specialized quality in politics quality,academic quality,professional quality,and collaboration,quality. The essential quality of local university journal was subdivided; and the necessity and way to cultivate learning-oriented editors were stated.
