摘  要:轨道电路分路不良对铁路运输造成重大安全隐患。现在,大量运用的铁路信号继电器返回系数偏低,不具备解决轨道电路分路不良的能力。传统的电磁继电器研究很少关注返回系数的仿真计算问题。目前,在铁路信号继电器的设计过程中,因为无法通过计算机仿真求得返回系数,从而造成产品改进缺乏依据和指导。本文针对某种典型的铁路信号继电器,提出通过对吸合及释放过程进行动态特性仿真来计算返回系数的方法,并把仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,验证了此方法的正确性。在此基础上,对影响返回系数的主要因素进行分析,从而为铁路信号继电器的设计和制造提供了理论指导和设计参考。Serious hidden danger for railway transportation is caused by track circuit bad shunting problem.The return factors of commonly used railway signal relays are low,so the problem of track circuit bad shunting could not be overcame. Traditional researches on electromagnetic relay pay little attention on the simulation method of return factor,which leads to the return factor could not be calculated by computer simulation,so great difficulties are met in the design and improvement of railway signal relays. According to a certain kind of railway signal relay,a calculating method of return factor based on the simulation of dynamic characteristics is proposed in this article,and the accuracy of simulation is evaluated through experiments. Moreover,the main influencing factors of return factor are analyzed,the results can instruct the design and manufacture of railway signal relay.
