摘  要:采用Pd/C催化剂对葡萄糖的还原胺化反应进行了研究。在反应温度为90℃、起始氢压为1.5 MPa的条件下,反应3 h后可使葡萄糖基本转化。核磁共振表征结果显示产物的纯度很高。采用Pd/C催化剂进行葡萄糖的还原胺化反应,可简化反应工序,提高反应产物的品质,并且当反应溶剂中存在一定量的水时,不会对葡萄糖的转化率和产物的纯度产生太大的影响。The reductive amination reaction of glucose with hydrogen was studied using Pd / C catalyst. It has been found that glucose converts almost completely after 3 hours of reaction at the reaction temperature of 90℃ and the initial hydrogen pressure of 1. 5 MPa. The results of NMR have shown that the purity of product is very high. The reaction procedure can be simplified,the quality of reaction product can be improved,and the conversion of glucose and the purity of product cannot be affected significantly when a certain amont of water is present in the reaction solvent when Pd / C catalyst is used to catalyze the reductive amination reaction of glucose.
