摘　　要：针对传统的办公自动化系统中存在的孤岛现象和递进式的需求而导致系统内部信息共享不完全以及后期维护量大等问题,本文介绍的基于工作流的办公自动化系统能够有效地解决此类问题。文章主要分析了基于工作流的办公自动化系统设计,介绍了基于表单设计器的工作流模块内部实现机制,并以设计的高校办公自动化系统进行实例说明。The office automation system introduced in this paper,based on workflow,can effectively solve the problems of incomplete internal information sharing and big maintenance in the later stage. This paper mainly analyzes the design of office automation system based on workflow,and introduces the internal workflow module implementation mechanism based on the form designer,and,finally,some examples are provided to illustrate the university office automation system designed above.
