摘  要:为开发适合于丝针织工艺的柔软生丝,采用生丝柔软浸泡和蚕茧柔软渗透二种不同的生丝制备工艺,测试其性能,探讨生产工艺对生丝性能的影响。研究结果表明:生丝生产工艺直接影响丝胶的分布和柔软剂的渗透程度;浸泡工艺中柔软剂主要作用于生丝外围丝胶,其表面光滑紧致,与常规生丝相比,强、伸度下降,初始模量下降19%左右,润滑度提升4%左右;渗透工艺柔软剂直接作用于茧丝外围丝胶,茧丝间的抱合程度弱,生丝表面结构松散,强度下降、伸长度提高,初始模量下降37%左右,润滑度提升9%左右。即二种工艺的生丝都能满足针织成圈的要求,但渗透工艺生丝的柔软效果更佳。In order to develop soft raw silk suitable for knitting technology,this paper mainly described two raw silk preparation technologies: raw silk soft soaking and soft cocoon permeation. Besides,this paper tested the properties and discussed effects of production technologies on raw silk properties. The results show that production technologies of raw silk directly affect the distribution of sericin and penetration of softening agent. In soaking process,softening agent mainly acts on the sericin outer of raw silk. Compared with conventional raw silk,the surface of treated silk is more smooth and compact,but the strength and elongation decrease; the initial modulus decreases about 19%,while lubrication increases about 4%. In penetration process,softening agent directly acts on the sericin on the periphery of cocoon filament. After the treatment,the cohesion between cocoon filaments becomes weaker; the surface structure gets looser; the strength decreases; the elongation increases; the initial modulus decreases about 37%,while lubrication increases about 9%. Both of these two kinds of silk can meet the requirements of knitting,but the raw silk treated by penetration process performs better in terms of softness.
