摘  要:研究了5、50、500 g/L三种不同质量浓度碳酸钠(Na2CO3)溶液对蚕丝脱胶效果,以及丝素纤维结构与降解性能的影响。结果表明:随着Na2CO3质量浓度的增加,纤维表面刻蚀显著。降解过程中纤维的质量残留百分率随着Na2CO3质量浓度的增加而增加。纤维在蛋白酶溶液中的降解行为比磷酸缓冲溶液(PBS)溶液中明显,在酶溶液中纤维被降解液严重攻击,纤维表面出现明显丝素短纤,质量残留百分率比PBS溶液中的质量残留百分率明显。降解前后纤维的断裂应力随着Na2CO3质量浓度的增加明显降低,在酶溶液中0.5%脱胶蚕丝的断裂应力降低约50%。红外光谱图表明纤维在降解前后的特征吸收峰基本没有变化。The influences of Sodium Carbonate( Na2CO3) solution with different mass fractions( 5,50,500 g /L) on silk degumming effects,the structure and performance degradation of fibroin fiber were discussed in this paper. The results indicate that the surface of fiber is eroded significantly with the increase of Na2CO3 mass fraction; in the degradation process,weight residual percentage of fiber rises with the increase in Na2CO3 mass fraction. The degradation behavior of fiber in protease solution is more obvious than that in PBS. The fiber is seriously attacked by degradation liquid in enzyme solution. Besides,significant short fibroin fiber appears on the surface of fibers. Weight residual percentage is more significant than that in PBS solution. Before and after degradation,breaking stress of fiber obviously decreases with the rise in Na2CO3 mass fraction. In enzyme solution,breaking stress of 0. 5% degummed silk decreases by about 50%. Infrared spectrogram indicates characteristic absorption peak of fibers before and after degradation is nearly the same.
