摘  要:基于DEFORM-3D的有限元软件,模拟螺旋回转体的板式楔横轧成形过程,发现轧制单线螺纹回转体在横截面处只有1个变形区,纵截面有2个变形区.同时,揭示了轧件成形过程中起楔段和展宽段的应力分布及变化规律.The spiral shaft parts have been widely used in machinery and equipment manufacturing industries. In this paper, based on the finite element software of DEFORM-3D, the rolling process of plate cross wedge rolling of spiral shaft parts is simulated, It is found that the rolling single thread shaft parts in the cross section turns out to be only one longitudinal section of deformation zone out of two deformation zones. The stress distribution and variation laws of the deformation characteristics of knifing stage are revealed at the stretching stage during forming process of the rolled piece. The results may provide the theoretic basis for metal flow of plate cross wedge rolled spiral shaft parts.
