越南国家图书馆与东盟国家数字资源共享实践与建议

摘　　要：探讨了越南国家图书馆与东盟国家图书馆数字资源共享的必要性、可行性及其障碍,评介了近年越南国家图书馆与东盟国家图书馆在国际合作与资源共享领域的重要进展。建议跨国数字资源共享项目进一步克服语言障碍、争取基金支持、成立行业组织、制定共享标准、建立法律框架、提升人员素质等。The paper discussed the necessity,feasibility and obstacles among the digital resources sharing in Vietnam National Library and libraries of other ASEAN countries.Based on the analysis of significant practice progress in the field in recent years,the paper proposed some suggestions concerning overcoming language barriers,earning funds support,establishing transnational organizations,formulating operation standards,setting legal framework,and improving the quality of personnel.
