摘 要:以高软化点沥青为原料,采用液相磺化反应工艺,考察了磺化分散剂种类、磺化剂用量、磺化剂浓度及原料性质对磺化产物性质的影响。结果发现:随着磺化剂用量的增加,磺化产物的水溶性增加,油溶性降低;随着磺化剂浓度增加,磺化产物的水溶性增加,油溶性降低;随着原料沥青软化点升高,磺化产物的水溶性降低,油溶性增大;四氯化碳对高软化点沥青溶解性好,适合作为高软化点沥青磺化时的分散剂。在优化工艺条件下,制备的高软化点沥青钻井液处理剂能够大幅降低基浆的高温高压滤失量。The paper used high softening point asphalt as raw material and liquid phase sulfonation reaction process to investigate the effect of the kind,dosage and concentration of sulfonating agent and material property on the quality of sulfonated product.The result showed that the water- solubility of sulfonated product increased and oil- solubility decreased with the increase of dosage of sulfonating agent;the water- solubility of sulfonated product increased and oil- solubility decreased with the increase of concentration of sulfonating agent;the water- solubility of sulfonated product decreased and oil- solubility increased with the increase of softening point of asphalt.The CCl_4 had good solubility for high softening point asphalt,it was suitable for being as dispersing agent of sulfonation of high softening point asphalt.Under the optimal process condition,the drilling fluid additive prepared with the high softening point asphalt could gready reduce the high temperature and high pressure filtrate loss of base mud.
