摘　　要：基层社会治理机制创新是社会管理创新的重要组成部分,也是构建和谐社会的必然要求。安徽省近年来以基层枢纽型社会组织为切入口,探索基层社会治理创新的可行路径。通过剖析社区枢纽型社会组织这一新生事物的内涵和功能,明晰其发展现状与脉络,提出进一步规范其健康发展的政策建议,以期对完善基层社会治理体制机制有所裨益。Mechanism innovation of grassroots social management is not only an important part of social management innovation,but also the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society.Taking the hub of grass-roots social organizations as the starting point,Anhui Province explores the feasible way for grass-roots social governance innovation in recent years.By analyzing the concept and function of community hub type,a new object of social organization,it clarifies the development situation and context,and puts forward policy suggestions for further standardizing its healthy development,in expectation of being beneficial for improving the mechanism of social grass-roots management system.
