摘  要:煤层气单井产量是制约煤层气产业发展的瓶颈问题,压裂改造是提高煤层气单井产量的措施之一。本文总结了沁水盆地高阶煤层气压裂工艺近年以来的应用情况,反思了压裂效果差异后面隐藏的问题,探讨了压裂改造过程中外来水对煤层气储层的影响,针对活性水压裂工艺在低渗透煤储层应用中的不足,提出了降低水伤害提高压裂改造效果的一整套压裂工艺技术改进思路,通过开展先导试验取得了突出成效,初步形成了"低前置比、快速返排"压裂工艺。Productivity of single well of CBM is the bottlenecks which is restricting the development of CBM industry.Fracturing is one of the effective measures to enhance the production of CBM well.This paper analyzes the application effect of CBM fracturing process mainly used in the high-rank coal of Qinshui Basin in the recent years,rethinking the hidden problems of the fracturing effect differences behind coal formation conditions and the type of coal reservoirs,discussing the impact of CBM reservoir,the drainage caused by external water during the fracturing transformation process.For the current lack of retrofit applications using activated water fracturing process in the coal reservoirs with low permeability,it proposes a set of fracturing technology improvement ideas which can reduce the water damage to improve the fracturing effect,and carry out the pilot test of ten wells or more.Currently the expected test results have be achieved,and the "low pre-liquid ratio,fast flowback" as the main fracturing process has been formed,which is expected to further improvement and promotion.
