摘　　要：[目的 /意义]针对传统IPA方法在研究中存在的问题,引入一种改进型IPA理论(RIPA)并对社会问答平台答案质量进行研究,从而引导社会问答平台运营商更好地开展服务,提高信息资源内容质量。[方法 /过程]通过分析传统IPA方法在理论上存在的不足,引入一种新的RIPA理论,比较两者在社会问答平台答案质量中的应用,并对研究结果进行相关分析。[结果 /结论]RIPA和IPA两种方法在社会问答平台答案质量研究中的应用表明,前者有更高的可行度;同时,"完整性"、"专业性"和"权威性"3个指标是解决社会问答平台答案质量的关键因素,并对社会问答平台的建设提出相关建议。[Purpose/significance] This paper will introduces RIPA, an improvement of IPA theory, into the re- search on answers＇ quality of social Q＆A platforms, to guide the social Q＆A platforms operators to better serve and im- prove the quality of information content. [ Method/process] Analyzing the shortage of traditional IPA method in theory and introducing the new theory of RIPA, it compares and analyzes their applications in social Q＆A platforms. [ Result/con- clusion ] Compared with IPA, RIPA has higher feasibility. Integrity, professionalism and authority are three key factors to improve the answers＇ quality of social Q＆A platforms. Some suggestions are also given.
