摘　　要：马云领导下的阿里巴巴在美国成功上市,刷新了美国股市最大融资规模记录。马云创造奇迹的过程,具有十分重要的科学意义和文化价值。马云持续推进商业模式创新并取得成功,更多地得益于他的创新意识、创业豪情、市场意识、求真务实的精神和坚持精神。马云创新创业过程充满着拼搏奋斗的勇气、以文治企的智慧、中西相结合的经营理念和以人为本的精神。深入分析马云现象,对中国高校改进人才培养模式、中国企业改进经营方式具有重要的借鉴意义。Under the leadership of Ma Yun,Alibaba＇s successful listing in America refreshes the largest financing scale records of the US stock market.The process of the miracle created by Ma Yun has important scientific significance and cultural value.Ma Yun has been promoting the innovation of business mode continuously and achieved the amazing success which can be attributable to his innovation consciousness,pioneering passion,the spirits of seeking truth and being pragmatic and perseverance.Ma Yun＇s innovating and pioneering process is filled with the courage of struggle,the wisdom of managing by cultivating corporate culture,the operation philosophy combining Chinese and the Western and the spirit of people-oriented.The deep analysis on Ma Yun phenomenon would provide significant reference value for the universities to improve their talent cultivating modes and the enterprises to improve their operation modes in China.
