摘　　要：目的：系统评价吉妮柔适与其它常用宫内节育器（IUD）在使用中产生的副反应和同房不适。方法：计算机检索CNKI（2008～2013）、CBMdisc（2008～2013）、万方（2008～2013）、维普（2008～2013）数据库,纳入吉妮柔适与其它常用IUD比较的随机对照试验（RCT）和临床对照试验（CCT）,采用RevMan 5.0软件进行meta分析。结果：共检索到177篇文献,根据纳入和排除标准,最终纳入7篇已发表研究。meta分析：1吉妮柔适在随访期间的副反应发生率普遍低于TCu 380A和元宫Cu 300IUD,与母体乐Cu 375IUD相比差异无统计学意义。2与吉妮IN IUD比较,在随访3、12个月时吉妮柔适同房不适发生率更低,差异有统计学意义（OR分别为0.05、0.10）;与吉妮致美、母体乐Cu375IUD比较,三者在随访3、12、24个月时均无同房不适发生。结论：现有证据表明,吉妮柔适IUD的副反应发生率和同房不适率均比较低,续用率较高,值得推广使用。Objective：To compare the side effects and incidence of discomfort in sex of GyneFix/soft intrauterine device（IUD）with other common-using IUDs.Methods：We searched medical databases including CNKI（2008-2013）,CBMdisc（2008-2013）,Wanfang Database（2008-2013）,VIP Database（2008-2013）by computer.And we screened randomized control trials and then performed the meta-analysis by using RevMan5.0software.Results：Seven articles from 177 literature were recruited for meta-analysis according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The incidences of side effect of GyneFix/soft IUD were lower than those of copper T 380 Aand Yuangong copper 300 IUD when followed up,while similar with that of multiload copper 375 IUD.The incidence of discomfort in sex of GyneFix/soft IUD was lower than that of medicated GyneFix IUD when followed up at 3,12 months,and difference was statistically significant（OR were 0.05 and 0.10respectively）.There was no discomfort in sex when followed up at 3,12,24 months in medicated GyneFix,GyneFix/soft and multiload copper 375 IUD.Conclusion：The existing evidence suggests that the incidences of side effects and discomfort in sex of GyneFix/soft IUD are low,and the continuation rate are high.GyneFix/soft IUD is worth using widely.
