摘　　要：自2014年6月以来,"伊斯兰国"势力的大规模武装活动在三个方面反映出了恐怖暴力的新特征:暴力行为从恐怖袭击发展到大规模军事攻势;组织形式由秘密恐怖组织转化为"割据"势力;行为目标由恐怖袭扰转向全面出击。一方面地区变局、动荡给"伊斯兰国"势力的大规模武装攻势提供了客观环境,另一方面国际社会一些力量的错误政策选择助长了"伊斯兰国"势力的突起及武装活动。"伊斯兰国"的武装活动给国际安全带来巨大挑战,该势力的活动走势取决于其组织实力、国际社会的反恐行动和地区局势的变化。Since June 2014,the large-scale armed activity launched by the IS has reflected the new features of terrorist violence in three aspects:violence from terrorist attacks to large-scale military offensive;organizational form from secret terrorist organization to 'separatist'forces;behavior target from terrorist harassment to all-round attack.On the one hand,regional change and large-scale unrest provide an objective environment for armed offensive of the IS.On the other hand,the wrong policies of some great forces in the international community facilitate IS's growth and armed activities,which bring challenges to international security.The trend of IS activities depends on its organizational strength,on the international community's counter-terrorism operations,and on the changes in the regional situation.
