摘  要:目的:探讨不同年度金黄色葡萄球菌的分离结果和药物耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对医院2007年1月-2012年12月住院患者送检的标本进行培养,用VIT EK‐2细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统对菌落进行菌种鉴定及药敏试验。结果共分离出3601株金黄色葡萄球菌,分离菌株最多的标本是痰液,分布最多的科室是老年干部综合病区,其次是危重症监护中心以及呼吸内科;金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率最高为98.6%、对苯唑西林、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星的耐药率分别为72.3%、69.5%、65.3%、62.1%;对庆大霉素、克林霉素、红霉素的耐药率较低为56.1%-70.1%;对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替考拉宁的耐药率最低。结论金黄色葡萄球菌的临床检出率呈逐年上升趋势,且对多种常用抗菌药物耐药,应加强监测,制定合理的临床用药策略。OBJECTIVE To explore the results of isolation of Staphylococcus aureus strains in different years and analyze the drug resistance so as to provide guidance for reasonable clinical use of antibiotics .METHODS The sub‐mitted specimens that were obtained from the patients who were hospitalized from Jan 2007 to Dec 2012 were cul‐tured ,the strains were identified by using VITEK bacterial identification system ,and the drug susceptibility tes‐ting was performed with the use of drug susceptibility analysis system .RESULTS A total of 3 601 strains of S .au‐reus have been isolated ,most of the strains were isolated from the sputum specimens ;the integrated ward for eld‐erly cadres ranked the first place of department where the strains distributed ,followed by the critically intensive care unit and the respiratory internal medicine department .The drug resistance rate of the S .aureus to penicillin was the highest (98 .6% ) ,the drug resistance rates to oxacillin ,ciprofloxacin ,levofloxacin ,and moxifloxacin were 72 .3% ,69 .5% ,65 .3% ,and 62 .1% ,respectively ,the drug resistance rate to gentamicin ,clindamycin ,or erythromycin ranged from 56 .1% to 70 .1% ,and the drug resistance rate to vancomycin ,linezolid ,or teicoplanin was the lowest .CONCLUSION The clinical isolation rate of the S .aureus strains is increased year by year ,and the strains are resistant to multiple commonly used antibiotics .It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and formu‐late the reasonable strategies for clinical medication .
