摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎脊髓损伤患者康复期医院尿路感染的相关危险因素,对患者康复期治疗及尿路感染的预防起到一定指导作用。方法回顾性分析2012年6月-2013年6月62例腰椎脊髓损伤住院患者的临床资料,选择可能导致尿路感染的因素,比较尿路感染发生率,单因素分析影响尿路感染发生的相关因素,多因素logistic回归分析影响尿路感染发生的独立危险因素。结果脊髓损伤患者发生尿路感染27例,感染率为43.5%;脊髓损伤程度、尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗频率、尿路感染前抗菌药物使用、有低蛋白血症是影响脊髓损伤住院患者康复期尿路感染的危险因素;脊髓损伤程度、尿管留置时间和尿路感染前使用抗菌药物是影响脊髓损伤住院患者康复期尿路感染发生的独立危险因素。结论采取相应的预防措施,可有效地减少患者尿路感染的发生率,提高患者康复期间的治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To explore the related risk factors for nosocomial infections in patients with lumbar spinal cord injuries during the rehabilitation period so as to provide guidance for prevention of urinary tract infections during the rehabilitation period .METHODS The clinical data of 62 patients with lumbar spinal cord injuries who were hospitalized from Jun 2012 to Jun 2013 were retrospectively analyzed ,then the risk factors for the urinary tract infections were analyzed ,the incidence of the urinary tract infections was observed ,the univariate analysis was conducted for the related influencing factors for the urinary tract infections ,and the multivariate logistic re‐gression analysis was performed for the independent risk factors for the urinary tract infections .RESULTS The uri‐nary tract infections occurred in 27 patients with spinal cord injuries ,with the infection rate of 43 .5% .The degree of spinal cord injuries ,catheter indwelling time ,frequency of bladder irrigation ,use of antibiotics before the uri‐nary tract infections ,and hypoproteinemia were the risk factors for the urinary tract infections in the hospitalized patients during the rehabilitation period .The degree of spinal cord injuries ,catheter indwelling time ,and use of antibiotics before urinary tract infections were the independent risk factors for the urinary tract infections in the hospitalized patients with spinal cord injuries during the rehabilitation period .CONCLUSION It is an effective way to take corresponding prevention measures so as to reduce the incidence of the urinary tract infections and improve the curative effect of the patients during the rehabilitation period .
