丹参粉针剂与聚维酮碘治疗压疮感染性创面的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨丹参粉针剂联合聚维酮碘消毒液治疗压疮感染性创面临床效果，以期提高临床诊治水平。方法选取2010年5月－2013年8月95例压疮感染性创面患者为研究对象，按照入院日期单双分成两组，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用丹参粉针剂联合聚维酮碘消毒液治疗，观察两组患者治疗后临床效果，数据采用SPSS16．0软件进行统计分析。结果治疗后总有效率对照组为33．85％、观察组为93．88％；对照组患者0-3周及4周以上愈合分别占44．69％及31．91％，观察组分别占75．51％及6．12％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组在病原菌清除率、住院时间、创面愈合时间、渗液消失时间、病原菌消失时间、新生肉芽组织生长时间比较，差异也均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论丹参粉针剂联合聚维酮碘消毒液治疗压疮感染性创面临床效果显著，可缩短住院时间。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of salvia powder in combination with povidone iodine on treat‐ment of pressure sores infected wounds so as to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment .METHODS A total of 95 patients with pressure sores infected wounds who were treated from May 2010 to Aug 2013 were recruited as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the admission date to hospital ;the control group re‐ceived the conventional therapy ,while the observation group was treated with salvia powder in combination with povidone iodine;the clinical effects of the two groups were observed ,and the statistical analysis of data was per‐formed with the use of SPSS16 .0 software .RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment was 33 .85% in the con‐trol group ,93 .88% in the observation group .The patients with the healing time ranging between 0 and 3 weeks accounted for 44 .69% in the control group ,75 .51% in the observation group ;the patients with the healing time more than 4 weeks accounted for 31 .91% in the control group ,6 .12% in the observation group ,there was signifi‐cant difference between the two groups （P〈0 .05） .There was also significant difference in the clearance rate of pathogens ,length of hospital stay ,wound healing time ,time of disappearance of exudate ,time of disappearance of pathogens ,or growth time of new granulation tissue between the two groups （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The salvia powder in combination with povidone iodine can achieve significant clinical effect on treatment of pressure sores infected wounds and shorten the length of hospital stay .
