石学敏院士针刺治疗高血压病的核心阐释

摘　　要：高血压是以体循环动脉压升高引发一系列症状为主要表现的临床综合征,高血压靶器官损害以心、脑和肾为主。高血压病病因复杂,发病机制不明确,尚无有效治疗方法。中国工程院院士石学敏教授针对人们对"治未病"的误解,指出高血压病"既病防变"是中医"治未病"核心及精髓所在。在深入研究古籍和总结临床多年经验基础上,结合现代医学理论,提出"气海"失司是高血压病的主要病机。其针刺治疗高血压病临床经验丰富,方法独特,效果满意。对此加以介绍并评述,以期为同仁提供参考。Hypertension is a clinical syndrome characterized by systemic arterial pressure increase as the main manifestations. The target organ damage of hypertension mainly involves heart, brain and kidney There is no effective treatment method for hypertension, since its complex etiology and unclear mechanism of pathogenesis. Shi xuemin, academician of Chinese academy of engineering professor, points out that Ji Bing Fang Bian is the core and essence of preventive treatment of disease, which avoids the misunderstanding of preventive treatment of disease. Academician Shi xuemin further has studied ancient books, summarized the clinical experience of many years, combined with modern medical theory, and put forward the qi hai dysfunction is the main mechanism of hypertension. Professor Shi has rich clinical experience and unique method of acupuncture treatment for hypertension. The article introduces the experience of acupuncture treatment for this disease, in order to provide the reference for colleagues.
