摘  要:以正丁基锂为引发剂,环己烷与正己烷的混合物为溶剂,采用乙基四氢糠基醚(ETE)为乙烯基结构调节剂,三氯硅烷为星型偶联剂,环保芳烃油为填充油,合成了偶联效率为60%、乙烯基结构质量分数为60%~65%、门尼粘度为55的高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)充油橡胶产品。合成工艺采用了30~45℃低引发温度,预热时间短,相比高温撤热降低了能耗,可直接应用于国内现有锂系间歇生产装置,解决了高乙烯基含量与高偶联效率之间的矛盾。考察了各填充(油)体系样品的加工性能、物理性能及动态力学性能等。结果表明,所开发的高乙烯基SSBR不但具有良好的加工性能和物理机械性能,而且具有优异的动态力学性能;尤其采用白炭黑做补强剂,抗湿滑性得到显著改善;可满足当代高速公路发展对轮胎用胶料绿色安全的需要,具有较好的工业化和市场应用前景。n-Butyl lithium, a mixture of cyclohexane and hexane, hydrogen furfuryl ethyl ether (ETE) ,trichlorosilane and aromatic oil were used as initiator, solvent,vinyl structure regulator, star coupling agent and filling oil Respectively. The oil-extended SSBR products possess coupling efficiency of 60% ,the vinyl content of 60%~65% ,Mooney viscosity of 55. The reaction carried at 35~40 ℃ as initiator temperature, which is due to short time and low energy consumption. It can be directly applied to the domestic existing lithium production device. This technology has solved the contradiction be- tween the high vinyl content and the high coupling efficiency. The Properties of the product with dif- ferent filling oil were investigate, such as processing properties, physical properties and dynamic me- chanical properties,etc. The results showed that the new high vinyl SSBR possesses good processing properties, physical mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties, which reaches the level of similar products abroad. Especially using silica as reinforcing agent, wet resistance is improved sig- nificantly. It can meet green tire security needs for modern highway development,which has a good ap- plication prospect of industrialization and market.
