摘 要:乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)是世界上产量最大的合成橡胶品种,为了进一步拓展其应用范围,功能化改性一直是人们的研究热点。本文介绍了ESBR的共聚改性和接枝改性技术进展,共聚改性能显著改善橡胶的生胶强度、耐磨性及加工性能等,也可赋予其抗氧化性;接枝不同的单体可以赋予其各种特殊性能。ESBR的功能化改性是提高其性能、拓展其应用领域的有效手段。Emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESBR) was a kind of the synthetic rubber with the largest output in the world. In order to expand the scope of its application, functional modification was a hot topic of research. This paper reviewed the main functional modification routes of ESBR including copolymerization and grafting techniques. The copolymerization modification can not only improve raw rubber strength,wear resistance and processing performance of ESBR, but also give new performances of ESBR. In grafting polymerization, different grafting monomers can bring different special proper- ties. In short,the functional modification of ESBR could improve its performance and expand its appli- cation fields.
