摘　　要：通过对医院门户网站的运营管理,科学分析目前大部分医院门户网站运营中存在的问题,提出从网站建设定位、创新发展和院内管理角度提升医院门户网站可持续发展的具体策略。The article scientificly analyses problems in most hospital website operation through the operation and management of the hospital website.It puts forward the concrete strategies from the construction positioning, innovation development and hospital management ,which promote the sustainable development of hospital website.
