经皮椎体成形术在老年性腰椎压缩性骨折中的应用  被引量:3

摘  要:目的探讨经皮椎体成形术在老年性腰椎压缩性骨折中的应用效果。方法选取老年性腰椎压缩性骨折患者64例,按照随机抽签原则均分为2组(n=32)。观察组实施经皮椎体成形术进行治疗,对照组实施传统手术方式进行治疗,观察并分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果通过经皮椎体形成术治疗后,观察组患者均可佩带腰围进行离床活动,椎体功能得到明显改善,随访6~12个月,均无不适主诉,且无不良反应发生,经X线病椎复查高度无明显变化。治疗后,观察组的疼痛程度、功能改善状况及疼痛改善状况等各项评分结果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论经皮椎体成形术在老年性腰椎压缩性骨折中的应用能够有效改善患者的疼痛症状,使椎体得到进一步稳定,大大降低各种并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the percutaneous vertebral plasty in the application and clinical effect of senile lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods Choose 64 cases for treatment of senile patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures as the research object, in accordance with the principle of random lottery will all of the patients were divided into observation group and control group, an average of 32 cases in each group, the observation group treated with percutaneous vertebral plasty,control the implementation of traditional operation treatment,observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results After treatment by percutaneous vertebral body formation and observation group, all patients can be away from the bed wear waist activities,vertebral body function is obviously improved, were followed up for 6-12 months,no discomfort complained,and no adverse reactions,the X-ray disease vertebral height of review has no obvious change.After treatment,the observation group level of pain,function,status and situation of pain to improve the rating results were significantly better than the control group,significant difference was found in the data(P〈0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebral plasty in the application of senile lumbar vertebral compression fractures can effectively improve the patient's pain symptoms, to further stabilize vertebral bodies,reduce all kinds of complications,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
