中药熏洗结合按摩手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗结合按摩手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:收集2013年6月至12月腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,分为对照组60例和观察组60例,观察组采用中药熏洗结合按摩手法治疗,对照组采用按摩手法治疗,2周后比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.32,P<0.05)。结论:中药薰药结合按摩手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果较好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were collected from June to Dec. 2013 and divided into a control group and an observation one with 60 cases each. The observation group was treated by the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage manipulation, and the control group used the massage manipulation. The treatment effect of two groups was compared after 2 weeks＇ treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%, and in the control one 73.3%, whose difference between two groups had the statistical significance（x^2 = 4.32, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with the massage manipulation has a better effect in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
