摘  要:[目的]为了解羊肚菌抗疲劳保健作用。[方法]通过水提法获得羊肚菌胞外多糖、胞内多糖,破碎菌丝获得胞内活性物质,对小鼠应急性一次灌胃处理后进行负重游泳实验。为保证结果的可靠性,首次进行了对菌丝的ELISA免疫学方法检测。[结果]胞外多糖组和胞内多糖组小鼠游泳时间与对照组比较均具有显著性差异,说明胞外多糖、胞内多糖应急摄入后具有明显的抗疲劳的作用。[结论]该研究为羊肚菌抗疲劳保健品的研发提供了参考。[ Objective ] The research aimed to learn about the anti-fatigued function of Morchella. [ Method ] Water extraction was adopted to obtain extracellular polysaccharide and intracellular polysaccharide from Morchella, and active intracellular substances were obtained by break- ing mycelia. After one quick intragastric administration was made, mice weight loading swimming experiment was carried out. ELISA test was used to make sure the reliability of the resuh for the first time. [ Result] Extracellular and intracellular polysaccharide groups had sharp differ- ence with control group, indicating that extracellular and intracellular polysaccharide in taken at one time had obvious anti-fatigue function. [ Conclusion ] This research provided a case for the invention of anti-fatigue care products of Morchella.
