摘 要:[目的]为了筛选出大叶女贞优良抗寒品系。[方法]利用石家庄地区选出的优树繁殖成22个半同胞家系,对不同家系及家系内不同单株二年生苗木自然条件下越冬后抽梢率进行了观测。[结果]不同家系间抗寒性的差异达到显著水平,最优良家系的平均抽梢率为31.9%;家系内不同个体间抗寒性的差异亦达到显著水平;在二年生实生苗群体内,植株的抗寒性与其树高、米径生长量不存在相关性。[结论]该研究为进一步选育出大叶女贞优良抗寒单株及品系奠定了基础。[ Objective] For selecting excellent cold resistance strain of Lig-ttstrum lucidum Ait. [ Method]22 half-sib'families from the superior trees in Shijiazhuang city were developed, and smoke tip rates of biennial seedlings after winter under field conditions were observed from dif- ferent families and different individuals within the families. [ Result] The results show that the difference of cold resistance among different families and individuals both reach significant level, and the average smoke tip rate of the most excellent family was 31.9%. Within the bien- nial seedlings, there is no correlation between cold resistance of plant and tree height or diameter growth. [ Conclusion] The research laid a solid foundation for further selectin~ excellent cold resistance strain of Ligustrum lucidum Ait.
