摘  要:[目的]研究含糖浆废水的厌氧消化过程,并比较2种不同动力学模型的预测效果。[方法]设计一个72L有效容积带有6个隔室的混合厌氧折流板反应器进行含糖浆废水消化试验,温度为25℃,水力停留时间(HRT)为6h、16h、24h、72h和120h,进入废水COD浓度恒定为10000mg/L。[结果]试验表明不同隔室内pH随HRT增加而增加,挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度随HRT增加而降低。基于底物消耗的第一级动力学扩散模型及基于Young方程的修正模型预测有机物转化率,前者平均误差为1.75%,而后者为0.85%。[结论]基于Young方程的修正模型预测有机物转化率有更好的预测试验效果。[Objective] The research aimed to study the anaerobic digestion process of molasses and to compare the prediction effects of two kinds of dynamic model. [ Method] A modeling of the anaerobic digestion process of molasses was conducted in a 72 L hybrid anaerobic baffled reactor with six compartments at an operating temperature of 25 ℃. Five gradients of hydraulic retention time ( HRT,6, 16, 24, 72 and 120 h) were studied at a constant influent COD eoncentratlon of 10 000 mg/L. Two different kinetic models were evaluated and compared to predict the organic matter removal efficiency or fractional conversion. [ Result] The results showed that in different compartments, pH increased along with the increase of HRT, while the contents of volatile fatty acids decreased along with the increase of HRT. The relative errors of the two models as the first - order kinetic diffusion model and the model based on the Young equation were 1.75% and 0.85%, respectively. [ Conclusion] This re- search proved that the model based on the Young equation had better effects than the first - order kinetic diffusion model in the prediction of the organic matter removal efficiency.
