摘　　要：分析了我国现有家庭农场的成功经营模式特征,包括集体承租模式、家庭农场示范户模式和专业农场模式,并对我国家庭农场路径选择依据和对策进行系统性分析,强调土地流转是家庭农场发展的核心保障基础,城乡协调是家庭农场发展的合理化途径。The characteristics of successful business model of current family farm in China were analyzed, including： collective single model, the family farm demonstration households and shareholding economies, selection basis of family farm pathway and countermeasures were ana- lyzed. It was emphasized that the land transfer is the core basis to protect family farms, urban - rural coordinated development is the rational pathway for family farm.
