摘　　要：针对海量空间数据库,提出了以县级服务为基础的分布式服务聚合模型,设计了安徽省农村土地承包经营权公众信息系统框架与功能模块。结合"天地图·安徽"地理信息公共平台,进行了系统开发,实现了农村土地承包经营权的信息共享。According to magnanimity spatial-database, a distributed service aggregation scheme was proposed based on county services. The framework and functional module of Anhui land contract management right public information system was designed. Combined with Mapworld- Anhui public geographical information platform, the system was developed, and the sharing of land contract management right information was realized.
