摘　　要：以云南某农业高校工科2014届毕业生为例,在问卷调查、近三年毕业生走访和调查、用人单位回访基础上,分析地方农业院校就业困难群体具有学业困难、更多关注社会关系在就业中的作用、重视职业稳定性和规范性、就业信息来源重视现代工具、积极主动性弱等特征,综合考虑政府、社会、高校、家庭和毕业生个人五方面,构建"五位一体"的地方农业院校就业困难群体帮扶体系,旨在对就业帮扶提供一定的现实意义和参考价值。Taking 2014 graduate students of an agricultural university in Yunnan Province as an example, on the basis of questionnaire survey and nearly three years graduate visiting and investigation and unit of choose and employ persons paying a return visit, employment difficult group characteristics of local agricultural colleges were synthetically analyzed, such as group academic difficulties, pay more attention to the role of social relations in the job, attaches great importance to the professional stability and normative, and employment information source at- taches great importance to the modern tools and insufficient ideological enterprising, insufficient psychological preparation and positive initia- tive weak, etc. Considering five aspects of the government, society, universities, family and personal, a supporting system which is Suitable for the local agricultural colleges employment difficult groups is built. Assistance to the employment has certain practical significance and prac- tical value.
