摘  要:管道卡箍连接方式安装时,对管道两端外表面密封处的光洁度要求较高、孔的中心轴线要求对齐,且不能根据管内流体压力大小对卡箍压紧力进行动态调节。可利用在卡箍内部安装可充气式气囊的方法来解决上述问题。充气式管道连接卡箍在安装后对气囊进行充气,能将管道两端外表面完全贴合从而保证密封,因此其对管道两端外表面密封处的光洁度要求不高;另外即使两管道的中轴线有一定的偏差,也能通过气囊自适应伸缩能力来保证密封;采用充气式管道连接卡箍后,可根据气囊的充气压力来改变卡箍对管道的压力,也就是具有动态调节压力能力。充气式管道连接卡箍因采用了气囊密封形式,具有独特的柔性特点,使管路具有抗震动的能力,其能吸收来自各方向力的冲击,同时具有抗收缩和膨胀的能力,与焊接、法兰及普通卡箍连接方式相比,管路系统的稳定性增加,更适合温度的变化。The way of connection clipped fastening for pipe require the outside surface bright and clean, demand alignment of the hole axis, and can not dynamic regulate pressing force according to the size of the fluid. The article solve aforementioned problem through installing inflatable ballonet inside clipped fastening. The inflatable connection clipped fastening for pipe aerify to ballonet, it can be securely placed the outside surface of pipe to ensure the seal, so it require commonly to outside surface bright and clean; if two hole axis existence deviation, it can be ensure the seal through the self-adaption of ballonet. It can be change the pipe pressure through changing the ballonet pressure, it possess the capacity of dynamic regulate pressing force. The inflatable connection clipped fastening for pipe possess the capacity of quake-proof, assimilate lash, shrink and expand, it can raise the system stability and accommodate the change of temperature compared with the conventional connection clipped fastening.
