药剂诱导孤雌生殖玉米育种技术研究

摘　　要：通过药剂诱导玉米孤雌生殖选育自交系,Pa2晋代同时进行测交,经产量比较和田间农艺性状调查,选育出高产、优质、多抗的玉米杂交种。通过产量性状配合力比较,药剂诱导的玉米无融合生殖系的遗传性状和配合力表现与常规技术选育的自交系无异。证明药剂诱导孤雌生殖是玉米育种的一条有效途径。This study was pharmacy parthenogenesis breeding of maize inbred lines, Pa2 selling simultaneous- ly test cross, by comparing the yield and agronomic traits in field investigations, breeding high-yield, high- quality, multi-resistant corn hybrids. Compared with combining ability of yield traits, genetic traits and combi- ning ability of inbred by drug-induced and conventional breeding techniques is identical. Practice has proved that drug-induced parthenogenesis for maize breeding has opened up a effective way.
