摘 要:对辽宁省大白菜黑斑病进行调查、病样采集、病菌分离及形态鉴定,并对12份大白菜品种进行抗病性鉴定。结果表明,大白菜黑斑病由芸薹链格孢引起,12份大白菜品种对黑斑病抗性存在较大差异,感病品种有孙家湾5号、天津小青、河头早,中抗品种有辽白21号、辽白7号、辽白12号和辽白8号,抗病品种有辽白19号、辽白22号、辽白10号、秋绿75和水师营10号。Black spot disease of Chinese cabbage was investigated and disease samples were collected in Lia- oning Province. The pathogen was isolated and purified by single spore and identified by morphology. The dis- ease resistances of 12 Chinese cabbage varieties were identified. The results showed that black rot caused by Alternaria brassicae and disease resistances of the Sunjiawan No. 5 ,Tianjinxiaoqing, Hetouzao with resistance, and Liaobai No. 19, No. 22, No. 10, 12 kinds of Chinese cabbage had great differences, including infection, Liaobai No. 21, No. 7, No. 12, No. 8 with moderate autumn green 75 and Navy Camp No. 10 with resistance.
