摘 要:【目的】探明种内、种间干扰对多异瓢虫捕食作用的影响。【方法】在室内设置多异瓢虫与不同密度菱斑巧瓢虫和棉蚜情况下,观测多异瓢虫的捕食量,用Ha SSell方程模拟评价种内、种间干扰对多异瓢虫捕食作用的影响。【结果】不同龄期随着多异瓢虫和棉蚜密度的增加,多异瓢虫的相互干扰作用明显增大,捕食效应下降。在棉蚜密度不变条件下,随着多异瓢虫密度增加,总捕食量增加,平均单头捕食量下降。多异瓢虫种内竞争强度与种间竞争强度差异不大。【结论】种内、种间干扰对多异瓢虫对棉蚜的捕食效应有一定的影响作用。[ Objective] The purpose of this project is to ascertain the intraspecific and interspecific inter- ference on predation of Adonia variegata Goeze. [ Method ] Different densities of Adonia variegata Goeze, Oenopia conglobata Linnaeus and Aphis gossypii Glove were set up in laboratory to observe the predation of Adonia variegata Goeze and evaluate the intraspecific and interspecific interference impact on the predation of Adonia variegata Goeze simulation by HaSSell equation. [ Result] In different instars of Adonia variegata Goeze, as the density of Adonia variegata Goeze and Aphis gossypii Glover increased, the interspecific interfer- ence of Adonia variegata Goeze significantly increased, and predation efficiency declined. Under the conditions of constant density of Aphis gossypii Glover, the average amount of prey consumed decreased with the increase of prey density. There were few differences between intraspecific and interspecific competition strength on Adonia variegata Goeze. [ Conclusion ] Intraspecific and interspecific interference exerted some impact on pre-dation of Adonia variegata Goeze.
