摘　　要：止回阀属于自动阀门,是控制管道内介质单向流向的阀门,可用来防止管路中的介质倒流、容器介质的泄放,同时,也便于介质正常回流。新型可拆卸单瓣蝶式止回阀的创新设计思路是:在旋启式蝶式止回阀的基础上,将弹簧铰链机构关节部分移至管道边缘,并且改双阀瓣为单阀瓣,以减轻介质对弹簧铰链机构关节部位的冲击,提高弹簧铰链机构的寿命,提高阀门的密闭性。在升降式蝶式止回阀的侧面增加1个可拆卸的螺纹帽,可以减少维修工作量,延长阀门的使用寿命。将螺纹盖设计成空腔结构,可以减轻介质冲击阀瓣带来的巨大冲击力,进而缓冲减震。Check valves are automatic valves, is a one-way flow of media within the control pipeline valves, used to prevent backflow line of medium, medium discharge vessel, but also to facilitate the medium normal reflux. The new butterfly valve Removable single lobe innovative design ideas： the butterfly valve on the basis of Swing, the joint portion of the spring hinge mechanism moves to the edge of the pipe, and change the double valve for a single valve, in order to reduce the impact on the medium spring hinge joints of the mechanism, improve the life of the spring hinge mechanism, to improve valve tightness. Butterfly valve in the side of the lift increase a removable threaded cap can reduce maintenance workload, extend the life of the valve. The screw cap is designed to cavity structure, can reduce the impact of the media valve enormous impact, thereby cushioning shock absorption.
