摘 要:目的建立同时测定金线莲中槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素的方法 ,为金线莲及其相关产品的质量控制提供科学的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,选用Lanbo-Kromasil-C18色谱柱;以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相;检测波长360 nm,体积流量1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果槲皮素在11.0~165.6 ng(r=1.000 0),山柰素在11.4~170.4 ng(r=0.999 8),异鼠李素在10.4~156.0 ng(r=0.999 5)内呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率槲皮素为97.69%(RSD=2.4%,n=9),山柰素为95.59%(RSD=1.5%,n=9),异鼠李素为95.86%(RSD=1.7%,n=9)。结论本法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可作为金线莲质量控制的理想方法 。Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of quercetin, kaempferide, and isorhamnetin in Anoectochilus roxburghii and to provide scientific method for quality control of A. roxburghii and its related products. Methods HPLC was used. Using Lanbo-Kromasil-C18 column, with methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) as mobile phase; The detection wavelength was 360 rim, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Quercetin, kaempferide, and isorhamnetin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 11.0=165.6 (r = 1.000 0), 11.4- 170.4 (r = 0.999 8), and 10.4-- 156.0 ng (r = 0.999 5). The average recoveries of quercetin, kaempferide, and isorhamnetin were 97.69% (RSD = 1.1%, n = 9), 95.09% (RSD = 1.6%, n = 9), and 95.86% (RSD = 1.7%, n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as an ideal method for quality control.
