摘　　要：随着阅读环境的变化,高校图书馆文献采访迫切需要调整策略,依据高校发展的任务和职能,兼顾读者需求和文献价值,构建适应新技术环境的文献采访体系,使文献资源建设更具有科学性、系统性和继承性,最大限度地满足读者需求。As the change of reading environment, university library document acquisition need to adjust the strategy, according to university development tasks and functions, taking into account the needs of readers and document values, to construct the document acquisition system to adapt to the new technology environment, make the document resource construction is more scientific, systemic and inheritance to satisfy the needs of readers.
