摘　　要：用不同浓度的Topflor水溶液对盆栽崇明水仙(Narcissus tazetta L.var.chinensis Roem.)的种球进行不同时间的浸泡处理,研究了不同处理对其生长、开花及生理指标的影响。结果表明:Topflor处理对株高和花葶高度均有明显的抑制效果,能明显提高叶片数及其叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量,增加种球仔球的数量和质量,但对开花历期、开花数、叶宽的影响不显著。在不同处理中,以10 m L/L Topflor浸球10 min的处理对盆栽崇明水仙生长和开花的综合效果最佳。The bulbs of potted Chongming narcissus（ Narcissus tazetta L. var. chinensis Roem.） were soaked with different concentrations of Topflor water solution for various time,and the effects of different treatments on the growth,blossoming and physiological indexes of Chongming narcissus were studied. The results showed that Topflor treatment had obvious inhibitory effects on the plant height and scape height of this plant,could markedly enhance the number of leaf,and the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein in leaf,and improve the quantity and quality of bulblets,but Topflor treatment had no significant influences on the blossoming duration,the number of flowers,and the width of leaf. Among various treatments,the treatment of soaking the bulbs with 10 m L / L Topflor for 10 min acquired the best comprehensive effects on the growth and blossoming of potted Chongming narcissus.
