摘　　要：目的探讨口服造影剂超声对十二指肠瘀滞症的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析由X线消化道钡餐检查确诊的26例十二指肠瘀滞症病例的超声结果和临床表现。结果 26例患者在口服造影剂超声检查中均可见十二指肠近端受压,球部、降部及水平部近端持续性充盈,肠腔扩张,呈"漏斗形"、"葫芦形"等改变征象,造影剂在十二指肠近端来回流动,其中19例通过缓慢,20例腹主动脉(AO)与肠系膜上动脉(SMA)夹角减小。结论超声检查对十二指肠瘀滞症具有较高的敏感性和准确性,与X线相比无放射性、可重复性好,可作为本症的一种新诊断方法而应用临床。Objective To evaluate the oral contrast agent in ultrasound acoustic windows for diagnosis of duodenal stasis disease. Methods The ultrasound and clinical manifestations of 26 cases of duodenal stasis syndrome by X-ray barium meal examination were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 26 cases,oral contrast ultrasonography revealed that the proximal duodenum was compressed; The bulb, descending part and the horizontal part of the proximal duodenum showed persistent filling and intestinal cavity expansion, and the ＂ funnel＂,＂ gourd shaped＂ change signs. Contrast agent flowed back and forth in the proximal duodenum, 19 cases moving slowly,20 cases of angel of abdominal aorta （AO） and superior mesenteric artery （SMA） decreased. Conclusion Ultrasound examination of duodenal stasis disease has higher sensitivity and accuracy than the X-ray radiation, with good repeatability,etc. ,and can be used as a new method for the diagnosis of this disease in clinical applications.
