整体护理对预防鼻咽癌放射治疗患者口腔黏膜炎的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理对预防鼻咽癌放射治疗患者口腔黏膜炎的应用效果。方法将102例接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组51例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用整体护理,比较两组患者口腔黏膜炎的发生率及严重程度。结果干预组口腔黏膜炎发生率明显低于对照组,严重程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.15,P<0.05)。结论整体护理能降低鼻咽癌放射治疗患者口腔黏膜炎的发生率,减轻口腔黏膜炎严重程度,提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on preventing oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharynx cancer. Methods One hundred and two nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into control group（51 cases）and test group （51 cases）. Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in test group received holistic nursing（including routine nursing,oral care and psychological instruction）. Compare the difference of oral mucositis incidence between the two groups. Results The incidence and damage degree of oral mucositis were less severe in test group than that in control group, which had a statistical significance（X^2 =4.15 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Holisitic nursing can effectively attenuate the incidence and damage degree of oral mucositis induced by radiotherapy,improve the quality of life.
