摘　　要：介绍了用户端智能配电系统的分层分布式拓扑结构,阐述了IEC61850技术标准及其在用户端智能配电系统的应用,提出了基于IEC 61850的用户端智能配电系统模型,并介绍了用户端智能配电系统各层典型设备的功能。指出通过各种功能的组合及技术优化设计,对智能配电柜系统进行状态监测、测控保护、信息通信等,从而提高其运行效率和可靠性。This paper introduced the hierarchical distributed topological structure of intelligent distribution system in user side. IEC 61850 and its applications in the intelligent distribution system were elaborated. The model of user intelliget distribution system based on IEC 61850 was proposed. The functions of typical equipment in the intelligent distribution system were introduced. It is pointed out that the state monitoring,measuring protection,information communication of intelligent power distribution cabinet is carried out by various kinds of functions combination and optimal technique design,to improve the efficiency and reliability of operation intelligent power distribution cabinet.
