摘 要:为评价不同参数对PEM燃料电池电堆低温起动性能的影响,搭建了燃料电池电堆低温起动试验平台,对5 kW燃料电池电堆在-5℃、-10℃和-15℃下的低温起动性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,在低温下恒电压模式比恒电流模式更有利于电堆升温;电堆起动电压为30 V时升温速度快于40 V和20 V时;初始温度越低时电堆升温速率越慢。另外,经过低温起动后电堆性能发生了衰减,电镜扫描结果也显示经过低温起动后电堆质子交换膜局部出现了破损,应采取措施减缓低温起动对电堆的损伤。In order to evaluate the influence of different parameters on the cold start performance of PEM fuel cell stack, an experimental platform on the cold start of fuel cell stack is established, the cold start performance of a 5 kW fuel cell stack is studied at temperatures of-5 ℃,-10 ℃ and-15 ℃. The results show that potentiostatic mode is more advantageous to the temperature rise of fuel cell stack than the galvanostatic mode, and the temperature rises faster when the start voltage is 30 V compared with 40 V and 20 V. And the lower initial temperature, the slower the fuel cell stack temperature rising rate is. Furthermore, stack degradation occurs after the cold start, and the fuel cell stack proton exchange membrane damage is observed by SEM after cold starting, therefore measures shall be taken to mitigate the damage of the fuel cell stack caused by cold starting.
