摘　　要：目的:分析DHS(动力加压髋螺钉)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床价值。方法:选取某院收治的56例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予DHS内固定治疗,对照组给予PFN(股骨近端带锁髓内钉)内固定治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组的手术时间以及住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。Objective：To analyze the clinical value of internally fixed DHS（dynamic hip screw）to the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur.Methods：Take 5 6 cases of patients with intertrochanter frac-ture of femur in our hospital as the research obj ect and randomly divided them into observation group and control group.The observation group were treated with DHS internal fixation while the control group were treated with PFN internal fixation.Compare the clinical effect of the two group.Results：The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P＆lt;0.05）,which is stastiscally significant ;both the operation duration and the length of stay were shorter than that of the control group （P＆lt;0.05）,the difference was stastiscally significant.Conclusion：The clinical effect is remarkable when trea-ting intertrochanter fracture of femur with DHS internal fixation,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
