摘 要:目的对献血者血样"灰区"标本进行确证试验及核酸检测,探讨如何设置"灰区"。方法对本中心2011-2013年无偿献血者血液标本进行HBs Ag、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒抗体常规酶免检测,对Cut off值为0.5≤S/CO<1的标本进行统计分析,核酸检测和确证试验。结果对随机选取的部分"灰区"标本,进行NAT和确证试验的结果表明,HBs Ag、抗-HCV、梅毒抗体的"灰区"标本均有一定比例的确证试验及核酸检测阳性。所有抗-HIV"灰区"标本的确认试验及NAT均为阴性。结论 HBs Ag、抗-HCV、梅毒抗体进行"灰区"设置,可以提高血液安全;抗-HIV设置"灰区",则会造成血液浪费。Objectives To explore how to set the border area accurately and to perform confirmatory tests and nucleic acid tests(NAT) on the border areas of donor blood samples to investigate the appropriateness of such border areas.Methods ELISA assays were employed to test on the HBs Ag,anti-HCV,anti-HIV,anti-TP in the blood specimens collected between 2011 and 2013.Some specimens whose OD value versus cut off were within 0.5 to 1,namely border specimen,were selected for statistical analysis,confirmatory and nucleic acid tests.Results Border specimens with HBs Ag,anti-HCV as well as anti-TP were selected and tested with confirmatory and nucleic acid tests.Border specimens were either tested positive in confirmatory test or nucleic acid test.Meanwhile,all border specimens were negative for anti-HIV in both confirmatory and nucleic acid tests.Conclusion Setting border area properly can increase blood safety,but setting border area for anti-HIV may result in blood waste.
