摘　　要：目的探讨献血者因素与Trima血细胞分离机采集时间的关系。方法选择1 036例体检合格的献血者,采用Trima血细胞分离机采集2 U血小板,观察采集时间与献血者的采前Plt、身高、体重、性别及红细胞压积的关系。结果献血者采前Plt、身高、体重与采集时间呈负相关,性别为男性时,采集时间短,女性则时间长。结论根据献血者自身特征和血液学指标,结合血细胞分离机的特点,可优化机采血小板的采集策略,合理安排献血者,提高采集效率。Objective To explore the relationship between donor characteristics and collection time of blood cell separator.Methods In our center,1 036 qualified donors were enrolled,of each,double units of samples（2U） were collected.Using logistic regression analysis,the effects of different body heights,body weights,gender,pre-collection Plt counts and Hct at collection time were measured.Results Blood donors＇ pre-Plt counts,heights and weights were negatively correlated to collection time.The collection time of male donors was shorter than female donors.Conclusion Blood donors＇ own characteristics and hematological parameters,combining with the characteristics of the blood cell separator,could optimize the collection strategies of apheresis platelets,establish a reasonable mode of donor arrangement,and improve efficiency of apheresis.
