摘　　要：当前在水源污染严重、建筑供水系统存在二次污染的状况下,健康的直饮水资源对于住宅小区居民日常用水显得尤为重要。结合某住宅小区管道直饮水系统设计,从净水处理工艺、管道的优化设计到后期设备运行维护以及工程的成本估算,综合分析其中的特点和问题,并对提高分质供水在住宅小区中的应用提出建议。At present, under the conditions of the serious water source pollution and secondary pollution in building water supply system, healthy fine drinking water resource is particularly important for daily water consumption by residents. Combined with the design of pipe fine drinking water system in a residential area, the characteristics and problems of water purification process, optimization design of pipeline, late equipment operation maintenance and engineering cost estimation were analyzed, and the recommendations for improving the application of different quality water supply in the residential area were made.
