三联疗法联合复合乳酸菌胶囊根除幽门螺旋杆菌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨三联疗法联合复合乳酸菌胶囊根除幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)的疗效与安全性。方法:将100例Hp感染患者随机分成两组,观察组51例,对照组49例,两组均给予三联疗法,观察组在三联疗法基础上给予复合乳酸菌胶囊(聚克)0.66g,tid,治疗14d后两组停用三联疗法药物,观察组继续服用复合乳酸菌胶囊(聚克)14d。结果:观察组Hp根除率为80.4%,对照组根除率为65.3%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组在治疗前、后3d对菌群失调影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7d,对照组发生菌群失调12例,观察组发生菌群失调4例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14d后,对照组发生菌群失调17例,观察组发生菌群失调6例,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:三联疗法联合复合乳酸菌胶囊根除Hp效果优于仅采用三联疗法,并且可减少菌群失调现象,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of the triple therapy combined with Lactobacillus complex capsules to eradicate of Helicobacter pylori. Method：The patients were randomly divided into two groups of 100 patients infected with HP, 51 cases in observation group, 49 cases in the control group. Both of the two groups were treated with triple therapy, meanwhile the observation group were given Lactobacillus complex capsules （Ju Ke） 0.66g,tid based on the triple therapy. After 14 days of therapy both of the two groups disabled triple therapy, and the observation group continued to take Lactobacillus complex capsules （Ju Ke） 14 days. Result： The Hp eradication rate of observation group was 80.3%, and the eradication rate of control group was 65.3%. There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance between the observation group and the control group to flora imbalance effect before and after 3 days treatment （P〉0.05）. After 7 days treatment, there was 12 flora imbalance cases in control group and 4 flora imbalance cases in observation group, and had significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. After 14 days treatment, there was 17 flora imbalance cases in control group and 6 flora imbalance cases in observation group, and had significant differences between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： HP eradication effect of Triple therapy combined with Lactobaeillus capsule was better than that of triple therapy, and Triple therapy combined with Lactobacilluscapsule can reduce bacterium maladjusted phenomenon more conducive to clinical practice.
