摘　　要：目的：开展门诊抗菌药物处方专项点评,促进医院门诊抗菌药物的合理使用。方法：处方点评工作小组随机抽取我院2012年7月~2014年6月门、急诊处方共18000张（每月抽取5d,150张/d）,其中使用抗菌药物处方共3091张。统计抗菌药物不合理用药处方,进行点评分析。结果：18000张被抽查处方中,应用抗菌药物的处方有3091张（17.17%）,其中使用抗菌药物不合理处方219张,不合格率为7.08%,不合理用药的问题主要有处方开具不规范、诊断不合理、无指征用药、药物选择不当、用法用量不规范等。结论：医院门诊抗菌药物使用达到预期目的,但仍需加大处方的审核力度,进一步提高抗菌药物的合理用药水平。Objective To make comments on the antibiotics prescription in the outpatient,and to promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital. Methods The prescription comment group randomly selected totally 18,000 prescriptions from the outpatient and emergency department from 2012.07 to 2014.06,5 days every month,150 prescriptions every day.The applications of the prescriptions and the combination were analyzed and evaluated.Results Among the 18000 prescriptions,there were 3091 used the antibiotics（17.17%）, with 219 unqualified prescriptions which accounted for 7.08%. Conclusion The verification of prescriptions in outpatient should be strengthened in order to improve the level of rational antibiotics use in the hospital.
