摘  要:苏澳港位于台湾的东部海岸,是台湾天然良港,其所处位置正好在西北太平洋夏秋季节台风路径上,易遭受台风袭击而产生风暴潮和台风浪.针对苏澳港及附近海域地理位置特殊、水文环境特征典型,极具研究价值,本研究选择了具有代表性的200808号台风和200815号台风,利用第3代海浪模式SWAN(simulation waves nearshore),采用嵌套方法,使用海图水深数据,Holland台风模型气压场,对台风影响下苏澳港台风浪进行了精细化的模拟.结果表明,数值模拟数据与实测资料吻合,能反应计算区域的特征;台风影响期间苏澳港的内外两重防波堤的设计结构对阻挡外海较大海浪的传入有明显的作用,可使港内外的有效波高差达到9m以上;港北侧波浪有明显的折射现象.The Suao Harbor is a fine natural port and one of the seven commercial ports in Taiwan,which is is located on the northeast coast of Taiwan Island and confronts the ocean directly.The location is on the main paths of typhoons in the western Pacific Ocean and extremely hydrodynamic events happen relatively frequently in this area.The Suao Harbor often suffers from the disaster of the typhoon.Due to the special geographical site and typical hydrodynamic environment of the Suao Harbor,the paper selects typhoons 200808 and 200815as the cases to study.We use the chart data,Holland typhoon model and SWAN model to simulate the process of the typhoon wave in the harbor.The good agreement of the numerical data and measured data demonstrates the validity of the wave simulation.The dual break-water has aprominent hindering effect on the transportation of the wave and the significant difference between waves inside and outside the harbor can reach 9m.In the north cape of the harbor,the topography results in the diffraction of the wave.
